Ideas become reality with 3D Academy!

At 3D Academy, we use machines that, until a few years ago, were found only in factories. Over time, as technology evolves, these machines have become increasingly compact and reliable. Today, we can even have them in our room and create whatever we can imagine! These machines are called 3D printers.

What is a 3D printer? How does it work?

A 3D printer is a machine that creates tangible, real-world objects. Instead of using ink and paper, it employs plastic filament as raw material, which is heated until it melts. The object is built by successive deposition of molten material on a layer-by-layer basis. After a while, the three-dimensional object is complete.

How does the printer know what to print?

To start printing, we must provide instructions to the printer—which is why we learn its language. In other words, we learn to design our own 3D models, so that the printer can create whatever we want.

What is a 3D pen? How does it work?

It is the easiest and most fun way for everyone to get introduced to 3D technologies! With this pen, a bit of imagination, and our own hands, we can create unique objects. It uses the same plastic filament as a 3D printer, leaving it up to us to bring our ideas to life.

And that’s how we manage to 3D-print children's dreams!
