Our cyclical courses —such as 3D printing and design, and 3D pens—promote personal growth, knowledge consolidation, and long-term skill acquisition. We continuously update our educational materials, while our long-term programs provide a comprehensive understanding of 3D technologies.

Our goal is to transform Greek education through modern technology and to shape generations of children who are open to innovation and creativity. 3D Academy draws upon the experience of the Polish company edu3dcation, which has been active in the field of 3D technology education for over a decade. Design and 3D Printing

3D printing creates unlimited possibilities for manufacturing items with a wide range of applications. It is a kind of ideas factory that is at your fingertips nowadays. However, for an idea to become something real and tangible, the equipment alone is not enough; the ability to design in 3D is also essential.

Therefore, both of these fields constitute an inseparable whole and only together do they allow for going through the process independently: idea ➜ design ➜ 3D print. The ability to design in 3D allows for creating your own 3D models on a computer, which can then become something real with the help of a 3D printer.

A side effect of developing spatial imagination and creativity are personalized 3D prints, such as a keychain with a name or a school logo, a class photo from a 3D printer, a model of the Solar System, a model of the structure of the human eye, a terrain map of Greece, and much more. Items made on a 3D printer are ideal as teaching aids during lessons, serving as an interesting supplement to the specific topics discussed in class.

3D Pens

Using 3D pens gives children a great sense of independence and satisfaction. Students draw in three-dimensional space using their imagination and their hands. While 3D pens are typically well-suited for younger students who might find it difficult to design directly on a computer, students of all ages are welcome to showcase their creativity with this 3D innovation. They are incredibly easy and quick to use for a wide range of projects, such as Christmas and Easter crafts, Mother’s Day gifts, castles, figurines, and much more.
